Leigh Morgan, founder and CEO of ILS, is a global executive whose insights, experience and wisdom brings tremendous value to clients and partners.
Known for her ability to build, lead and scale high performing organizations across multiple sectors, her executive roles in the include COO at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Associate Chancellor at the University of California San Francisco, and most recently Chief Strategy & Operating Officer at Nia Tero.
Leigh also has held pivotal executive roles in healthcare including Vice President & Global Head, HR (Product Development) at Genentech/Roche, and senior leadership roles at GSK and GlaxoWellcome, respectively.
Her three decades of leadership experience gives Leigh unique insights into designing and executing strategies in complex, global contexts, guiding organizations through rapid change including mergers and acquisitions, and establishing effective governance frameworks.
Leigh's governance roles include board chair, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, and independent director at Kymera (Nasdaq: KYMR) and Curemark. She also serves on the University of Washington (UW) Medicine and Duke Fuqua Business School Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship advisory boards, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).
